Income Tax Preparation

We prepare the Federal and ALL 50 states individual and business tax returns.

The business tax returns include "C" and "S" corporation, LLC's, Partnerships, Estates,
Trusts and Homeowners' Associations.

We use Lacerte, which is known to be the best tax preparation software in the industry. We
attend the annual tax education seminars, receive the weekly Kiplinger Tax Letters and are
kept up-to-date on all new tax legislation and court cases by the CCH, via internet. All to
make sure we are on the top of the tax laws and regulation in order to be able to help our
clients with their taxes.

Tax Planning

This is often a year end process. However, for some of our clients with high level of tax
exposure, tax planning is a process which is done throughout the year. As part of the tax
planning we review our clients business and personal finances, all their income and expenses
and prepare the estimated quarterly taxes.

Tax Audit Representation

If our clients get audited by the IRS or any state tax agency, we obtain a Power of Attorney
from them and represent them before the auditing agency. We have been involved in
numerous audits in the past 15 years representing our clients before the IRS, Franchise Tax
Board, Employment Development Department, Board of Equalization. We have taken several
cases to the Appeals Division of the IRS and have reduced our audited clients' assessed tax
liabilities by thousands of dollars.

We also represent our clients when they or their companies are audited by the insurance
companies and by the city or county government.

When our clients are audited, we ask the auditor to come to our office to do his or her
examination of records; and NOT to go to the client's house or place of business. We have
full control over the audit process from the beginning to the end.
