set-up a company in our payroll system, all is required to produce the payroll checks is for a
client to fax or email us the employees time summary report for the pay period.
Alternatively, if a company has an in-house payroll arrangement, and they just need payroll
tax preparation and payroll reporting service, we can do that as well. In this case, at the end
of each month, the company would fax or email its employees payroll register and we will
prepare the required Federal and State payroll tax deposit coupons and mail them to the
company to be paid on time. At the end of the quarter, we will file the necessary Federal and
State payroll reports and mail them directly to the related taxing agency.
